Among them a link to Interoperability Clearinghouse (ICH) and the Industry Advisory Council Enterprise Architecture SIG Papers, where I found A Business-Service-Oriented Govt. Architecture. Very interesting read. I especially found the Three Levels of Maturity interesting.
